I am a curriculum designer with 10+ years of experience in instructional design such as creating training programs, learning materials, and facilitating professional developments. From being an educator, I act as a mentor to the people around me by making effective resources to help them reach their utmost potential and that brings me so much joy!
My analysis of every situation brings solutions to business needs. Because of this, it fuels me to see others upskill and grow. As an introvert at heart, I love to connect with people on a deep level. I wholeheartedly want to support others in their development and love to feel supported by others as well. It brings so much peace to me when I can hear the sparks and joy (the ah-ha moments!) in people’s voices!
I prioritize feedback and collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and SMEs, while also valuing building positive relationships. With this support, I am confident that we can design captivating, engaging, and modern solutions.
I’m opened to learn from a company that values long-term growth and high-quality learning experiences. My most recent upskills are through Udemy, Coursera, attending Learning and Development conferences to connect with like minds, and consuming content like videos, articles, podcasts, etc. I am passionate about lifelong learning and ready to develop high-quality learning experiences that deliver results-oriented content.
