Providing Effective Feedback

Button TextUnderstanding my audience is always the beginning process of analyzing any situation. A common analogy I always use is, if someone cannot ride a bike… we have to understand is the problem that they don’t really know how to? Or is it because they don’t have a bike? Is the bike not the right size? Or are there any obstacles? My approach to solving a problem is to thoroughly understand the problem itself.
